Mmmm. I love this…..the pause in January. I think that’s where I am. January feels like recovery from a full holiday season, time to check in with who I am coming out of 2024.

This year, I turn 50 and I’m SO EXCITED! I’m using this time to plan how I want to cross that threshold into my awesome Crone season later this year.

Loved this - all of it. AND I have a percolating women's retreat I've been planning for years.

I teach embodiment sewing retreats internationally, but I really want to create something very special in my home mountains, let's chat sometime...

100% - I love the thought of embodiment sewing. I was about to write you a long reply about how everything can be a spiritual practice when we are present and embodied doing it, but let's talk properly and talk about it using lots of hand gestures.

I’m a “New year, More Me” person…less of listening to the noise around me and more of listening to the cry of my heart. Less comparison and more loving kindness toward myself. Less “leveling up” and more soft compassion. I too am leaning into the rhythms of the seasons…I may have the time, but do I have the energy? Growing things need time to rest too. I can’t wait to hear about the (inevitable) puppy!

Laughing to myself at "inevitable." Just thinking about Thanos from Avengers: "I...am...inevitable", which is basically my 11-year-old (who is the baby) eventually getting whatever he wants because his persistence is unmatched.

Also big fan of "New Year, More Me." <3
